Dear Parents and Students,

The State Health Department in conjunction with the Utah State Board of Education has instructed all schools in the state to implement a school dismissal. Students will not come to school during this time.

  • March 16 -27 is our two-week dismissal time with an evaluation at the end of that time by the health department to determine next steps. Students can come into the school to pick up supplies or use a computer, if necessary, with arrangement of the teacher. This is not a teaching time or makeup time; it is merely to pick up materials or use our resources.

  • No assignments will be given until Wednesday, March 18.

  • Spring break is still in effect April 6-10

  • We will take care of attendance and all students will be marked attending.

  • Lunch refunds will be given.

  • All sports and activities will be postponed until further notice.

  • Grading will continue with students getting assignments back to the teachers according to the time frame the teachers sets up. It is important to know that they have to do the work at home. Do not procrastinate and think you can do it tomorrow.

  • Teachers will notify parents/students of the assignments that need to be completed through electronic means. The assignments will be graded each week and grades put into SIS weekly. Follow your grades and assignments.

We can make this work! It is a hard time for all of us. We are here to serve you and will continue to communicate with you. When we know something, you will know it too.

Stay Healthy!
