Student Data Privacy Information
HighMark Charter School participates in the Utah Student Data Privacy Alliance (USPA). The USPA is a collaboration of the Utah State Board of Education and Local Education Agencies that share common concerns around student privacy. The goal of the USPA is to set standards of both practice and expectations around student privacy such that all parties involved have a common understanding of expectations.

ESSER
HighMark Charter School will be using the ESSER III funds awarded by the state in the following ways:
· • 20% of the funds may be used to address student learning and accelerate student achievement to regain ground lost in learning.
· • 80% of the funds may be used to upgrade wireless technology, technology devices, equipment, and services to ensure the health and safety of students.

HighMark Charter School is loacted in South Weber City, in close proximity to Uintah, South Ogden, Morgan, Riverdale, and Layton.

TrustLands

SCHOOL LAND TRUST is an amazing program through the state that allots each school funds to enhance education. Our council is made up of our Board Members that vote on the plan each year.
